§ 512.04 EXISTING BOILERS BURNING SEASON.

In accordance with the guideline and policy established by the W.V. Department of Environmental Protection, existing units may not be operated during warm months, specifically between 12:01 a.m. May 1 and 12:01 a.m. October 1.
