Any person who owns an outside boiler unit must file a registration form with the Inspections Department setting forth the owner of the unit and the units exact location within the city. Deadline to register such units shall be 60 days following the effective date of this article. Once registered, the units may continue to be utilized in accordance with the following sections, but may not be replaced and/or relocated.
