§ 153.01 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby formed, created and established a Building Commission to be known as the Weirton Municipal Hospital Building Commission which, in accordance with W. V. Code Article 8-33, shall be a public corporation and have perpetual existence. The Commission shall consist of five members.
