§ 509.13 FEE FOR SEIZURE AND/OR IMPOUNDMENT OF VEHICLES.

Any person or persons whose vehicle is seized or impounded shall pay to the city a storage fee, not to exceed $100, before that vehicle can be released by the Police Department to the owner of said vehicle. The storage fee shall be paid to the city and shall be used for the training and/or education of the Police Officers or for equipment for the Police Department.
