§ 113.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined the sum of $100 plus court costs, or jailed for a period not to exceed 48 hours, or both. In addition, any person violating the provisions contained herein may be subject to disciplinary action.
