For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY OF WEIRTON. Includes the City of Weirton Parks and Recreation, Weirton Sanitary Board, Weirton Area Water Board, Weirton Public Works, Weirton Fire Department and any other agency or sub-agency of the City of Weirton.
CONTRIBUTIONS. Financial or in-kind contributions.
POLITICAL ACTIVITY OR CAMPAIGNING. Participating or intervening in, directly or indirectly, any political campaign, or on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office (including oneself), political party or political group and includes meetings, conferences, interviews, discussions or sessions intended to promote the success or failure of any political candidate, party or group.
