§ 108.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SMOKING. Inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other lighted smoking device for burning tobacco or any other-product.
