(A) Each member of the Sanitary Board shall be paid such reasonable compensation for his services as from time to time may be fixed by Council and shall be entitled to payment for his reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of his duties.
(B) The Secretary and Treasurer of the Sanitary Board shall be paid such reasonable compensation for services as from time to time may be fixed by Council.
(C) All compensation and all expenses incurred by the Sanitary Board, its officers and employees, shall be paid solely from funds authorized to be collected and received by the Sanitary Board as provided by W. V. Code Article 16-13.
