§ 163.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Citizens with Disabilities Advisory Commission shall consist of a minimum of seven members who shall be recommended by the Mayor and affirmed by the City Council. At least two members of the Commission shall have a disability. All members shall be residents of the city. One member of City Council shall also serve on the Commission.
