§ 955.10 RECORDS.

   (A)   The Board will initiate and maintain the following:

      (1)   Master files on customer cross-connections;

      (2)   Master files on customer cross-connection tests and/or inspections;

      (3)   Copies of lists and summaries supplied to the WVBPH.

   (B)   Upon request, the Board will submit records of inspection, surveys, tests, or corrective actions to the WVBPH.
