§ 143.16 CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

The members of the Board of Park Commissioners shall not be personally interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract entered into by the Board or hold any remunerative position in connection with the construction, operation or maintenance of any of the property under their control as members of such Board.
