§ 143.13 LIMITATION OF BOARD RELATIVE TO PUBLIC LIBRARY.

The Board of Park Commissioners shall not have any authority or power relative to the public library. It is not contemplated that the library shall be a part of the system referred to in this article or under the Board's supervision.
