§ 143.11 STATUTORY POWERS OF BOARD GENERALLY.

In addition to the authority and power enumerated in this article, the Board of Park Commissioners established by this article shall be invested with all other powers and authority provided for by W. V. Code Article 8-21, which pertain to the control and management of a municipal public park system.
