§ 955.02 AUTHORITY.

(A) By the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, and the W. V. Code Chapter 16, Article 1 and the Public Health Laws, WV Bureau of Public Health Chapter 1, Article 5B, the Board has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the public potable water system.

(B) The Board Rules and Regulations are adopted.
