§ 143.08 DUTIES AND COMPENSATION OF SECRETARY.

(A) The Secretary of the Board of Park Commissioners shall keep an accurate record of all of the fiscal affairs of the Board and shall keep a minute book in which he shall record the proceedings and transactions of each meeting of the Board.

(B) The Secretary of the Board of Park Commissioners shall be paid such compensation for his services as such Board shall fix from year to year.
