All revenues generated by the city service fee imposed herein are hereby dedicated to public works projects, street department, street maintenance, capital projects and public health and safety, and shall be deposited into a designated revenue line item in the city's general fund. This dedication follows the uniform chart of accounts as prescribed by the State Auditor under the authority of W. V. Code § 6-9-2.
