§ 50.06 GARBAGE, BRUSH, AND RUBBISH VIOLATIONS.
   The Department of Public Works (DPW) is hereby authorized to collect any garbage, rubbish, or brush allowed to accumulate on any property in the village by any person referred to in § 50.02 and add the cost thereof assessable as provided by the Village Council.
