§ 50.02 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

It shall be the duty of all owners, proprietors, lessees, occupants, or other persons in charge of any dwelling, house, store, manufacturing establishment, office building, or other structure in the village to place or caused to be placed, all garbage and rubbish accumulating on the premises in suitable receptacles.
