§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of § 130.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, as set forth under § 10.99.

   (B)   Any violation of § 130.04 shall be a municipal civil infraction, as set forth under § 10.99.

   (C)   Any violation of § 130.05 shall result in the following punishment to the violating minor and his or her parent or guardian:

      (1)   First offense, verbal warning to both parent or guardian and minor;

      (2)   Second offense, written warning to both parent or guardian and minor;

      (3)   Third offense, both parent or guardian and minor receive a municipal civil infraction ticket, as set forth under § 10.99; and

      (4)   Fourth and subsequent offenses, both parent or guardian and minor are guilty of a misdemeanor, as set forth in § 10.99.
