§ 130.04 PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   No parent, guardian, or other person having charge, guardianship, custody, or control of any minor under the age of 18 years shall knowingly permit the minor to violate the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   No parent or guardian of any minor under the age of 18 years shall fail to exercise reasonable parental control over the minor.
   (C)   An adjudication that a minor has violated a provision of this chapter, whether a misdemeanor or civil infraction, shall be prima facie evidence that the minor's parent or guardian failed to exercise reasonable parental control.
