§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate § 111.02: the fees and/or penalties charged in connection with this section shall be set by a resolution of the Village Council on an annual basis.
