(A) Alcoholic liquor shall not be consumed on or in any public street, sidewalk, highway, alley, parking lot open to the public, village park, or other public places, or on private property which is open to the general public and which is not licensed to sell alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises.
(B) No person shall possess any alcoholic liquor in a container which is open, uncapped, or upon which the seal is broken on or in any public street, sidewalk, highway, alley, parking lot open to the public, village park, or other public places, or on private property which is open to the general public and which is not licensed to sell alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises.
