In the event it is necessary temporarily to move or remove any of the permittee’s wires, cables, poles, or other facilities placed pursuant to this subchapter, in order to lawfully move a large object, vehicle, building, or other structure over the streets of the municipality, upon two weeks’ written notice by the municipality to the permittee, the permittee shall, at the expense of the person requesting the temporary removal of such facilities, comply with municipality’s request.
