§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   In addition to any other penalties set forth in §§ 94.001 to 94.020, and the remedy of specific performance which may be enforced in the Magistrate Court, the following penalties shall apply:
      (1)   Any person, firm, corporation, or permittee violating §§ 94.001(D) or 94.012(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense; and
      (2)   For failure to comply with any other provision of §§ 94.001 to 94.020, the penalty shall be a civil forfeiture, payable to the municipality, in the amount of $100 per day for each day of violation.
   (B)   Any permittee may be excused for violations of §§ 94.001 to 94.020 and its permit for reasons of force majeure.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation failing to identify, within 60 days after the passage of §§ 94.090 through 94.096, any house, building, or other structure occupied by him or her shall be fined $25. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   Whoever violates any other provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already provided shall be subject to the penalty as prescribed in § 10.99.
