(A) General. Drainage of roofs and paved areas, yards and courts, and other open areas on the premises shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public nuisance.
(B) Detention facilities. Maintenance of detention facilities shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property on which said facility is situated. Maintenance shall be carried out to a standard acceptable to the Village Engineer. If said maintenance is not completed in a timely manner, the village may cause necessary maintenance activities and assess the owner for all expenses.
