§ 35.28  CONTRACTS.
   Prior to awarding a contract for goods, services, or construction as described in R.C. § 9.24(G)(1), vendors must be checked through the Auditor of State Findings for Recovery Database. The village is prohibited from awarding a contract to any vendor against whom a finding for recovery has been issued, if that finding is unresolved.
