§ 35.26  UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES.
   No individual has the authority to enter purchase agreements or contracts on behalf of the village unless specifically authorized to do so. Any such purchase classified as unauthorized is considered a personal expense and the obligation of the purchaser.
