(A) The village hereby authorizes additional compensation of $250 per month to full-time employees who elect to decline to participate in the village offered medical health plan, with such compensation to be paid in one lump sum payment at the end of each calendar year. This payment can be prorated for individuals who take advantage of this program during the course of the year.
(B) The Finance Director is authorized and directed to administer such a compensation program.
(C) The Finance Director is hereby authorized to make payments in accordance with such program, with all payments being made subject to all regular and customary withholdings consistent with all other forms of compensation.
