§ 35.04  HOLDING DAILY RECEIPTS.
   (A)   The Village Council hereby authorizes the holding of daily receipts under $1,000 for up to three business days.
   (B)   The Village Manager is hereby authorized to draft any necessary policy statement for the holding of daily receipts under $1,000 for up to three business days.
