Each subchapter, section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or other devisable part of this Zoning Code is hereby declared to be severable and if any such subchapter, section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or other divisible part is declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction in a valid judgment or decree, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining subchapters, sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, phrases, or other devisable part of this chapter because the same would have been enacted without the incorporation into this chapter of such unconstitutional or invalid subchapter, section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or other devisable part.
