Subdividers or developers shall be responsible for payment of the following fees, such payment to be submitted with the plats.
(A) For processing of a preliminary subdivision plat, the sum as set forth in the village’s fee schedule, as adopted by reference in § 36.05.
(B) For processing of a final subdivision plat, the sum as set forth in the village’s fee schedule, as adopted by reference in § 36.05.
(C) For processing minor subdivision plats which require improvement plans, the sum as set forth in the village’s fee schedule, as adopted by reference in § 36.05.
(D) For processing minor subdivision plats which do not require improvement plans, the sum as set forth in the village’s fee schedule, as adopted by reference in § 36.05.
(E) For processing resubmittals of the final plat, the sum as set forth in the village’s fee schedule, as adopted by reference in § 36.05. Processing of resubmittals of improvement plans are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the original fees as set forth above.
(F) A retainer for inspection and supervision of construction in the amount of 4.5% of the estimated cost of construction will be deposited by the subdivider or developer with the village prior to recordation of the plat, such detailed estimate of construction costs prepared by the subdivider or developer and approved by the Village Engineer.
(G) Tests performed for the village by commercial laboratories to verify compliance with construction standards shall be billed to the subdivider or developer at the rates as charged by the laboratory.
(H) Other third party professional expenses incurred by the village will be paid by the subdivider or developer in accordance with § 36.01 of these codified ordinances (Ord. 95-194). The village may require an advance deposit to cover this obligation, with any surplus to be refunded at once and any deficiency to be paid by the applicant immediately.
