The Village Council, where they find extraordinary and unnecessary hardship may result from strict compliance with these regulations as a result of topographic or other physical conditions, may waive such requirements; provided, that such a waiver does not violate the intent of these regulations and will not be detrimental to the public interest. Under no circumstances shall waiver be granted under this section to any requirements of the Zoning Code.
