§ 152.005  PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   (A)   The purpose of this chapter is to establish subdivision standards and procedures for the village.
   (B)   This chapter is to guide and facilitate the orderly, beneficial growth of the community by assuring the orderly subdivision of land and its development, and to promote the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity, and general welfare.
