This chapter shall be applicable throughout the village’s planning jurisdiction. The village’s planning jurisdiction comprises the area within the corporate boundaries of the village and to all subdivisions which are subject to extraterritorial jurisdiction, which the village may choose to exercise under the provision of R.C. § 711.09.
