§ 151.025 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Village Manager is hereby appointed to administer and implement these regulations and is referred to herein as the Floodplain Administrator. This responsibility may be delegated partially or in full by the Village Manager, as dictated in § 6.09 of the Village Charter.
