§ 33.03 CHANGE FUNDS.
   (A)   The Village Council hereby authorizes the existence and use of change funds for the village Mayor’s Court and the village Utility Billing Division.
   (B)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized to establish any necessary policies and procedures for the continued existence and use of the change funds.
