501.14 REIMBURSEMENT FOR COSTS OF CONFINEMENT.

(a) Any person convicted of a criminal offense and sentenced and confined in the Wood County jail facilities shall reimburse the Village for any and all expenses and disbursements it has expended due to such confinement.

(b) Council may direct the Solicitor to initiate a civil action for the recovery of the expenses and disbursements expended by the Village for the confinement mentioned in subsection (a) hereof. (Ord. 3-86-388. Passed 4-16-86.)
