351.17 LIMITED PARKING AREAS.
   (a)   (1)   “Vehicle” means any device operated or propelled by other than animal power.
      (2)   “Person” means any individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation or any other legal entity.
      (3)   “Business district” means the following described areas:
         A.   Beginning at the west line of Lot No. 15; thence west to the west line of Lot No. 8, this area being on the south side of Main Street;
         B.   Beginning at the west line of Lot No. 44 thence east to the east line of Lot No. 49, this area being on the north side of Main Street;
         C.   Beginning on the north line of Lot No. 63 thence south to the south line of Lot No. 27, this area being on the east side of Center Street;
         D.   Beginning at the south line of Lot No. 28 thence north to the north line of Lot No. 46, this area being on the west side of Center Street.
   (b)   No person shall park any vehicle within the aforesaid areas for more than two (2) hours whether by day or night and excepting the parking restrictions set for the area immediately east of the United States Post Office.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle longer than ten (10) minutes on the east side of the United States Post Office.
   (d)   Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 296. Passed 2-18-81.)
