1531.01 RATE SCHEDULE.
   Any person, company, firm or legal entity causing or is responsible for causing hazardous waste or hazardous spill or spills within the Village or within the areas under contract with said Village to furnish fire protection shall pay over to the Village its costs to reduce or eliminate said spill or spills based on the rate schedule herein enacted:
   (a)   Support Staff and Personnel.
      (1)   Fire and EMS Personnel         $37.50 per hour
      (2)   Incident Commander            $50.00 per hour
      (3)   Operation Officer(s)            $50.00 per hour
      (4)   Support Staff Personnel         $37.50 per hour
      (5)   Volunteer Firefighter            $37.50 per hour
   (b)   Fire Vehicle/Apparatus.   
      (1)   Engine                  $150.00 per hour
      (2)   Ladder                  $200.00 per hour
      (3)   Rescue/Equipment Truck         $100.00 per hour
      (4)   Tanker (plus any applicable water charge)   $150.00 per hour
   (c)   Support Systems and Vehicles.
      (1)   Air/Cacade Systems (mobile and/or
         stationary)               $100.00 per hour
      (2)   Ambulance/Medical Vehicle         $150.00 per hour
      (3)   Emergency Response/Spill
         Container trailer            $100.00 per hour +
                           tow vehicle costs
      (4)   Entry/Monitoring Trailer         $100.00 per hour +
                           tow vehicle costs
      (5)   Field Command Unit (Primary
         ICS Vehicle)               $75.00 per hour
      (6)   Foam Unit/Engine            $150.00 per hour
      (7)   Generator (mobile units only)      $50.00 per hour
      (8)   Hazardous Material Unit         $200.00 flat fee
      (9)   Light Plant               $50.00 per hour
   (d)   Decontamination.

                        additional dispatchers as needed
