The provisions of the Wayne site plan ordinance, also known as an ordinance providing for the submission and approval of site plans for subdivisions, nonresidential property and certain residential property, as set out in chapter 6 of this title, is incorporated herein as if fully set forth, to the extent applicable or permitted by law.
