§ 156.079 LOT AREA, WIDTH AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   The following minimum requirements shall apply, except as provided in §§ 156.525 through 156.527 and 156.540 through 156.542 of this chapter:

   (B)   Exception: the minimum setback distance may be reduced upon having a written agreement with the owner(s) of the affected off-premises structures. The written agreement shall be in a format approved by the Plan Administrator and the agreement shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
