(A) When in compliance with the provisions of this chapter, a tract of land will be permitted to have the following permitted uses; and buildings or structures associated with an approved use may be erected, altered, and/or enlarged.
(1) Agricultural and the usual agricultural buildings, structures, farm office buildings, commercial and non-commercial nurseries and greenhouses;
(2) A single, one-family dwelling per minimum one and a half acre parcel;
(3) Churches, schools and colleges for academic instruction, public buildings, structures and properties of the recreational, cultural, administrative or public service type;
(4) Non-commercial, recreation areas and centers, including country clubs, swimming pools, golf courses and summer camps, public and private forests and wild-life preserves, and similar conservation areas;
(5) Domestic pets, small kennel and large kennel;
(6) Cemetery, on a minimum of three acres;
(8) Sawmill (cutting timber grown primarily on the premises);
(11) None of the foregoing may be used in excess of any of the other restrictions or prohibitions of this chapter;
(14) Veterinary clinic, (common large, domesticated animals).
(B) (1) Agricultural Animals and Poultry*: On tracts of three acres to less than five acres, and a minimum of 275 feet of lot width, one of the following three options is permitted. A maximum of:
(a) Two agricultural animals;
(b) Twenty poultry; or
(c) Ten poultry and one agricultural animal.
(2) *All agricultural animals and poultry shall be appropriately contained within the boundaries of the property.
(3) Agricultural animals, including poultry, are not permitted on less than three acres.
