§ 156.445 CREATION AND EFFECT.
   (A)   The Board of County Commissioners may, by ordinance, establish development plan or planned unit development requirements for a described tract of real estate.
   (B)   The procedure for establishing these districts are the same as that for the amendment of the Zone Map.
