The discovery an illegally possessed firearm during a search described in § 132.03 of this chapter, or other illegal violation of a criminal statue during a search may subject the person possessing such item to arrest and seizure of the item. However, security personnel shall return a legally possessed firearm to the person in possession thereof subsequent to the
person’s immediate and voluntary exit of the premises.
