Security personnel stationed in any building that contains a courtroom of a circuit, superior, city, town or small claims court are empowered use reasonable means to search for firearms those wishing to enter. Permitted methods of searching an individual desiring to enter such buildings include, but are not limited to, metal detection and X-ray scans. Any other necessary searches that are likely to lead to the discovery a firearm will be conducted in the least intrusive means possible.
