(A) No person shall carry into or possess a firearm, ammunition or firearm accessory in any building that contains a courtroom of a circuit, superior, city, town or small claims court.
(B) No person shall intentionally display a firearm at any county public meeting.
(C) No person shall carry into or possess a firearm in any event occurring on property leased from the county by an event promoter or organizer if the promoter or organizer chooses to implement this prohibition as a requirement for admission or as rules of conduct in connection with the event. Such a prohibition will not be implemented for every event occurring on property leased from the county, but may be enforced at the promoter or organizer’s discretion.
