A person adjudged guilty of possessing a firearm in any building that contains a courtroom of a circuit, superior, city, town or small claims court, or who intentionally displays a firearm at any county public meeting shall be subject to a fine of $100. This penalty is in addition to any penalty imposed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
