No person, firm, entity, or corporation shall lease or rent, in any manner, motor homes, travel trailers, camping trailers (commonly referred to as “campers”), modified buses, semi-trailers, recreational vehicles (commonly referred to as “RVs”), or any other type of structure designed for temporary living quarters to be used within the corporate limits of the municipality for permanent or temporary inhabitation or in any manner to be leased as a residence.
