(A) No mobile home may be sited in the village that was manufactured ten years earlier than the date of the completed application presented to the Village Clerk.
(B) As a special exception to the requirement as set for in division (A) above, a mobile home may be sited in the village that was manufactured not more than 20 years from the date of the completed application presented to the Village Clerk, provided the Board of Trustees are provided current photographs of said mobile home and the Trustees approve said application by a majority of said Trustees then holding office.
