§ 152.05 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.

All mobile homes located within the village shall comply with the Mobile Home Tiedown Act, being 201 ILCS 120/1 et seq., and shall comply with all standards and regulations for the manufacture, sale, and use of tie down equipment adopted by the state’s Department of Public Health.
